Curriculum Planning and Teaching Arrangement
- Develop the school’s annual curriculum plan to ensure that the course arrangements comply with the Ministry of Education’s regulations.
- Responsible for the scheduling and adjustment of the school timetable, coordinating teachers’ teaching times.
- Ensure consistency in teaching progress and course content, and conduct regular reviews.

Textbook and Teaching Resource Management
- Responsible for the selection and procurement of textbooks to meet curriculum needs.
- Manage school teaching resources (such as books, electronic teaching aids) and ensure their proper use.
- Assist teachers in obtaining teaching resources, such as providing teaching media and supplementary materials.

Teaching Evaluation and Guidance
- Supervise and evaluate all school teaching activities to ensure teaching quality.
- Assist teachers in classroom teaching observation and reflection to improve teaching skills.
- Develop student guidance plans to assist students with learning difficulties and provide remedial teaching.

Student Performance Management
- Responsible for the statistics and management of student performance, establishing individual student learning files.
- Coordinate teachers in performance evaluation to ensure fair and just grading standards.
- Handle the issuance, preservation, and changes of student report cards.

Student Enrollment Management
- Handle student enrollment, transfer, withdrawal, and graduation affairs.
- Establish and maintain student enrollment data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate and report enrollment affairs between the school and the education bureau.

Examination and Assessment Management
- Responsible for the arrangement, invigilation, and performance statistics of mid-term, final, and other internal and external exams.
- Set assessment standards and assist teachers in evaluating learning outcomes.
- Manage student exam data and analyze performance to improve teaching.

Teaching Research and Teacher Development
- Assist teachers in conducting teaching research activities and provide support for professional growth.
- Organize school teaching observation activities and teaching seminars to promote teaching exchanges.
- Record and track teachers’ participation in teaching workshops and training, promoting professional development.

Student Extracurricular Activities and Club Management
- Coordinate and arrange student extracurricular activities, ensuring diverse and educational content.
- Responsible for the application, course arrangement, and management of club activities.
- Coordinate off-campus activities, such as field trips and visits.

Coordination of Major School Events
- Responsible for planning and executing various major school events, such as sports meets, school anniversaries, and graduation ceremonies.
- Assist in coordinating activities with other school departments to ensure smooth execution.

School Affairs Communication
- Regularly communicate with teachers, parents, and students to gather suggestions for improving teaching quality.

Information Management
- Promote the digitization of teaching management and performance recording to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Assist teachers in using digital learning platforms and information systems to improve teaching effectiveness.

Development of School Features
- Develop various school feature teaching activities.

Other Temporary Assigned Tasks
- Assist the principal and other school departments in completing temporarily assigned academic-related tasks.
